Where Growers Profit
Vineyards
  • Reverse Phylloxera Decline And Restore Tonnage

  • Restore balance of Nematode problems

  • Lift tonnage in under-performing blocks

News Flash!  New Zealand wine grape growers have been reversing severe Phylloxera decline and restoring blocks to full production with biological products since 2000.  Jim Barlow of Soilweb, Inc. was the first US agronomist to tour recovered vineyards, learn how it was being done, and report the story in Grape Grower magazine.

The Soilweb® Phylloxera program is proven in 2006.  A great alternative to using systemic soil fumigants or replanting, the Soilweb® Phylloxera program is working affordably for leading wine grape growers and will work for you.

After--Much thicker caliper of cane growth the following year compared to caliper of old spur.  Roots and canopy much improved. (photo by Jim Barlow)

Note: Lifting tonnage in under-performing blocks that don't have Phylloxera is easy once you can do it with Phylloxera!
